You gradually take ownership of tasks and areas, improve documentation and standards, and collaborate with internal teams and external IT providers.

YOUR IMPACT
You don't just solve IT issues. You help create scalable and well-organized IT operations.
You ensure:
- Reliable support for users, systems and devices
- Well-maintained IT hardware, assets and documentation
- Consistent IT processes and standards across locations
Your tasks in detail and by priority
You support Microsoft 365, user accounts, endpoints and day-to-day IT requests. You help resolve technical issues and support employee onboarding and offboarding.
→ High Performance: You provide reliable, structured and sustainable IT support
You set up, distribute and manage the lifecycle of IT hardware and maintain our IT assets.
→ Accountability: You take ownership of devices and ensure they are available and maintained
You document and standardize IT processes and support the standardization of our IT across multiple locations.
→ High Performance: You create clear, scalable and reliable processes
You help implement basic IT security measures and contribute to secure and well-organized IT operations.
→ Candor: You ask questions, address risks and communicate issues openly
You work with different teams and external IT service providers and gradually take ownership of tasks and areas of responsibility.
→ Togetherness & Playfulness: You support others, collaborate openly and stay curious about new tools and solutions
YOUR PROFILE
Must-Haves
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT or a comparable field
- Technical understanding and initial practical experience with IT, Microsoft 365, Windows, hardware or networks
- Structured, reliable way of working with good documentation skills
- Ability to solve technical problems independently and a strong service-oriented mindset
- Strong team spirit, willingness to learn and interest in IT Operations and Security
- English B2 or higher; German is a plus
- Willingness to work regularly on-site
Nice to have
- Initial experience with Entra ID / Azure AD or Intune
