YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
THE WHAT
You prepare tests, help execute them, and document the results. You work in the lab and at the test bench — hands-on, as part of a team, and every day with real spaceflight hardware.
THE WHY
We build pressure vessels and carbon fiber structures for spaceflight. Before our hardware flies, it gets tested — and you keep the testing running. Without you, the test bench stands still.
YOUR IMPACT
You don't just support testing. You make sure product verification happens reliably every day.
You ensure:
You set up test benches and specimens, tear down after tests, and keep testing areas ready for operation at all times.
→ High Performance: The test bench is ready when the team needs it.
You support destructive testing, acceptance testing, and NDT activities while ensuring complete and accurate documentation of every test.
→ Accountability: What was tested is documented. No gaps.
Anything unusual regarding a specimen, test bench, or result is reported immediately and transparently to the team.
→ Candor: You raise problems before they grow.
You pitch in wherever support is needed, both within the testing team and across the technical infrastructure on site.
→ Togetherness: We win as a team.
You learn new testing methods, materials, and NDT techniques and continuously expand your skills.
→ Playfulness: Curiosity is a strength here, not a distraction.
