YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

THE WHAT
You take ownership of our workshop as a system. You ensure that processes, workstations, machines, tools and materials are structured, safe and always ready for use.

You continuously improve standards and processes, identify issues early and keep daily operations running smoothly. You lead through structure, practical know-how and execution – not hierarchy.

THE WHY
To end COPV failure in spaceflight. Reliable production starts in the workshop. Structure, availability, safety and clean processes create the foundation for high-performance production.

YOUR IMPACT
You don't just keep the workshop running. You create the structure and reliability behind high-performance production.
You ensure:
  • Workstations, machines and tools are ready to use
  • Materials, consumables and PPE are available
  • Workshop operations are safe, clean and reliable
Your tasks in detail and by priority

You own workshop processes, organization and safety. You organize workstations, machines and tools and continuously improve standards and processes.

→ High Performance: You create the foundation for efficient and reliable work

You own tool management, workstation equipment, consumables and PPE. You monitor stock levels, conduct inventories and place orders on time.

→ Accountability: You independently ensure the availability of required resources

You are the go-to person for practical questions around machines, tools and workshop processes. You onboard colleagues, share your know-how and lead by example.

→ Togetherness: You make your knowledge accessible and support the team in practice

You ensure safety and workshop standards are met, identify issues early, address them directly and keep workstations safe and ready for use.

→ Candor: You address problems clearly and make sure they get resolved

You take responsibility for the workshop as a system, challenge existing processes and implement practical improvements – without disciplinary or people-management responsibility.

→ Playfulness: You improve the way we work with curiosity and pragmatism
