YOUR PROFILE
Must-Haves
- Strong motivation to contribute to a high-tech, fast-growing aerospace company
- Relevant experience, education, or demonstrable expertise in your chosen field
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with others
- Structured, proactive, and ownership-driven mindset
- Strong communication skills and willingness to share ideas and perspectives
- Fluent English or German, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional environment
- Experience in one of our core business areas such as Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Testing, Quality, Research & Technology, Business Development, Finance, Marketing, Infrastructure, or People & Culture
- Previous experience in aerospace, advanced manufacturing, deep-tech, or other high-growth technology environments
